SUBJECT: STAFF PARTICIPATION - STUDENT ACTIVITIES

The Board of School Trustees believes that staff participation in student activities is a motivational factor and a desirable role model for students. On that premise, the Board encourages staff participation provided that:

a) the Principal of the school endorses the involvement of individual staff members;

b) the involvement of the participating staff members will not unduly infringe on their regular teaching assignments.
