The
Board of School Trustees designates the Secretary-Treasurer as the official
head as required under section 76.1 (a) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
The
Board authorizes the Administrative Assistant as the Information and Privacy
Officer to administer the Act and make operational decisions.
The following schedule outlines the responsibilities of the Official Head (Head) and the Information and Privacy Officer (IPO).
