Pay Voucher Electronic Delivery

Your payroll data may now be accessed and printed directly from any computer with an Internet connection.

Please be aware of the usual precautions regarding your username and password for this connection and the display and/or printing of your personal financial data.

Recomendations:

Protect your authentication credentials as you would your bank card numbers.  If you feel that your keys have been exposed, you may change your password or  secret answer  though this web interface.

If your browser asks to save your password for later...Say No!   Change your password now and again.

Understand where your print job is going.  Our school networked environments have many printers attached.  If you are using the computer lab in a school, test print something other than your financial data to be sure where your printed financial records will appear.  If the only choice is a remote location away from the computer you are using, reconsider printing or ask a trusted person to retrieve your document for you to protect its visibility from others.

Close all the Web windows displaying your info when you are finished viewing or printing.  If you are in a public space - school lab, library, Internet Cafe, etc. - do not leave the workstation unattended with the these web portals open or minimized.  Although these pages time out, until they do the next user will be able to see your personal data.

You may have to temporarily set your Internet browser privacy to low.....
