On occasion employees may forget their current password or change it and not remember the change. Logon credentials may be requested and will be delivered to any valid sd78 e-mail address. The username and password may then be qualified via web mail and voucher data retrieved. All employees who did not have an account on our School District 78 mail system have had accounts created for this purpose. Mail addresses on our system comprise your first initial and last name. Please review the following example: |

| **Once you have successfully connected to our mail system you should immediately respond to the following address lgrace@sd78.bc.ca to have your password changed to one that is private to you. Don't forget to tell us your new password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. | ||
